At JPToms, a UAE real estate company: the main WhatsApp assistant on Kapso, connected to Zendesk. AI tooling in my daily workflow, so I know what it does well and where it breaks.
Three years at GLUD, my university's Linux group: four courses designed from scratch, 50 to 80 students trained, and a team of 10 to 20 instructors under my direction for two of those years. All the material came out of that work: slides, labs, repos and Moodle exams.
